    Where can I create an account? 

    You can create an account here. 

    Do I have to create an account? 

    It is not necessary to create an account. However, registering will save you time when you shop with us again. Using an account makes the checkout fast and easy, it also allows easy access to your order history and status. 

    How can I add items to my wish list? 

    Next to each order button you will find an icon in the shape of a heart. As soon as you click the heart, the item is added to your wishlist. 

    Where can I find my wish list? 

    You can find your wish list in your account. 

    How can I order the items on my wish list? 

    From your wish list, click through to the detail of the chosen item and from that page you can add the item to your shopping cart. 

    How can I order a larger amount of items for my business? 

    Do you want to place a business order? Then use our contact form (https://ecom.isdk.pro/contactus). Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible. 

    What happens to the personal data that I provide? 

    Your personal data will only be used to provide you with a better service. We have written down the details for you in our  privacy statement. 

    Guarantee 

    The legal warranty applies to our items. This is two years for electrical appliances. You must be able to present proof of purchase for this. For our other articles, please contact our customer service.

    What should I do if my online payment is unsuccessful?

    What should I do if I have not received a confirmation of my order? 

    The order confirmation will arrive in your inbox on average within 10 minutes after payment. Have you not received an order confirmation? Contact our Customer Care Service at info@isdk.be. 

    Can I still adjust my paid order? 

    Once the payment has been made, you can only adjust the order via our Customer Care Service at info@isdk.be. 

     

    INVOICES

    Where can I request a VAT invoice for my online purchase? 

    When you place an online order via our webshop, you will automatically receive your invoice in your mailbox after completing your order. Have you not received your invoice after completing your order? Please contact our Customer Care Service at info@isdk.be.
