If you’ve changed your mind regarding the purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You cannot return the following products:
Products installed, damaged or incomplete by you.
Audio, video and software products and rechargeable phone cards of which the seal has been broken. Such as CDs, DVDs, blu-rays, video games ...
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection and of which the seal has been broken. Such as personal care items (eg toothbrushes), in-ear headsets, toner cartridges, etc.
Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
How to return your purchase:
Returns of home deliveries of small packages by post
For a return by post or collection point, the costs for shipping the package to us are for the customer.
Contact our customer service to request a return form.
Print the received return form and put it in the box of your return.
Prepare your package completely for the return: make sure that the package is well packed and provided with sufficient protection for transport. In addition, it must be sufficiently stamped.
Send the parcel to: ISDK Benelux B.V., Azaleastraat 21, 2627 Schelle, Belgium
Once the package has arrived, it will be checked and, if successful, we will refund your order as soon as possible.
Returns of home deliveries of large packages
Contact our customer service to request a return form and label.
Print the received return form and label. Place the form in the box and stick the label on the outside of your box.
Prepare your package completely for the return. Make sure the package is properly packed and provided with sufficient protection for transport.
The carrier will contact you to make an appointment for the collection.
Once the package has arrived, it will be checked and in the event of a successful check, we will refund your order as soon as possible, excluding shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In case your product is not working properly or is damaged, please contact us via the contact page. For an article of a small size, we will advise on the nearest after-sales service point. Our employees there will check whether the item can or must be replaced. For an article of a large size, we will put you in touch with the manufacturer for inspection or repairs at your home.
